Don't involve celebrities in advertisement to attract the Public to Gamble- Gaming Commission orders
Ghana Gaming Commission has issued a statement of guidelines cautioning Gaming Companies not to involve celebrities in their way of advertisement.
Per the statement,the commission ordered the companies to avoid using celebrities as an ambassador for their advertisement.
According to the guidelines,there should not be an endorsement from persons that will directly suggest the patronization of a game of chance as a contributing factor to their success.
The restrictions also touched on the mode at which the Gaming companies should broadcast their advertisements.
